  • Series & Workshops (4–12 weeks or half/full-day): Progressive programs that build strength, flexibility, and resilience over time; interactive workshops on ergonomics, stress management, mindful leadership, and breathing techniques for performance.

  • Hybrid & Virtual Delivery: Live-streamed to accommodate remote teams and hybrid workplaces, with guidance for setting up an accessible practice space at home.

  • Hike & Yoga: A guided walk to a scenic spot with a focused yoga practice and short meditation.

  • Half-Day Trek with Yoga Breaks (3–4 hours): Longer route with planned stops for breathwork, short practices to open hips and shoulders, mindful eating/rest breaks, and a final grounding session.

  • Private Groups & Retreats: Custom itineraries for private parties, corporate teams, or weekend retreats including route planning, thematic practices, and optional wellness add-ons.
